Apple Cake with Rose Pattern and Raisins

Instructions

Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a round cake pan.

Prepare the Apples – Slice the apples thinly and toss them with lemon juice. Set aside.

Make the Batter – In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil. Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk, until smooth.

Assemble the Cake – Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Arrange apple slices in a circular rose pattern on top. Sprinkle raisins, sugar, and cinnamon.

Bake – Place in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
