Bacon Wrapped Potato Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered  
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Wrap each potato piece with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place potato bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and bacon is crispy.

Serve immediately.

Optional: Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese dressing.
