Baked Oatmeal with Raisins, Apples, Bananas and Walnuts

Baked Oats with Raisins, Apples, Banana, and Walnuts (No Sugar, Flour, or Eggs)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 heaping tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk (animal or plant-based)

Preparation:

  1. Soak the raisins in warm water until softened.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, flax seeds, and baking powder. Add the chopped walnuts and drained raisins.
  3. Grate the apples (with their peel) and add them to the mixture.
  4. Mash the banana and add it to the bowl.
  5. Pour in the milk and stir everything together.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes, or until golden and set.
