Baked Oats with Raisins, Apples, Banana, and Walnuts (No Sugar, Flour, or Eggs)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 heaping tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 apples
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk (animal or plant-based)
Preparation:
- Soak the raisins in warm water until softened.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, flax seeds, and baking powder. Add the chopped walnuts and drained raisins.
- Grate the apples (with their peel) and add them to the mixture.
- Mash the banana and add it to the bowl.
- Pour in the milk and stir everything together.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes, or until golden and set.
