Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out excess water using a kitchen towel.
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Dice the bell peppers into small pieces.
- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, grated potatoes, diced bell peppers, parsley, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture into the pasta and vegetables and mix well.
- Assemble the Cake:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a round cake pan with olive oil or butter. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it down evenly.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden and firm.
