Creamy Mushroom Soup Recipe

  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Sauté the Vegetables:
