Ingredients

  • 1 pack of puff pastry sheets (thawed)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 300g sausage meat (or ground meat of choice)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage meat with onion and garlic until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper, then let it cool slightly.
