Homemade Ginger and Orange Energy Shot

Ingredients

1 small piece of ginger (about 1 inch), peeled and grated

1 large orange, freshly squeezed

1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

1/2 cup of water

Juice of half a lemon

Instructions

Peel and grate the ginger.

In a blender, add the freshly squeezed orange juice, ginger, lemon juice, honey (if using), and water.

Blend well until all ingredients are combined.

Strain the mixture to remove any pulp if desired.

Pour into small bottles or glasses and serve immediately.

  • This drink is best consumed fresh and works perfectly as an immune-boosting energy shot!
