No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls – A Sweet and Easy Treat

No-bake coconut cream balls are a delicious and simple dessert made with shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and a rich chocolate coating.

These bite-sized treats are perfect for any occasion and require no baking, making them quick and easy to prepare.

★Ingredients

To make these no-bake coconut cream balls, you will need:

  • 2 ½ cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups melted chocolate for coating
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut for garnish

★Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Coconut Mixture

In a large bowl, mix the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and chopped nuts if using. Stir well until fully combined.

Step 2: Shape the Balls
Using a spoon or your hands, scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet.

Step 3: Dip in Chocolate
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.

Using a fork or toothpick, dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coating. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing them back on the baking sheet.

Step 4: Garnish and Chill
Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top of each ball before the chocolate sets.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

Serving and Storage

Once the chocolate is set, your no-bake coconut cream balls are ready to enjoy! Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze them for longer storage.

Enjoy!
