One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger Soup

I never thought dinner could be THIS easy and delicious—just one pot and a few simple ingredients, and it tasted like a cozy bowl of comfort food heaven!

★Ingredients

1 1/2 cups macaroni pasta

250 g (1/2 lb) ground beef

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cups beef broth (or water + 1 beef bouillon cube)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup tomato sauce

1 tsp paprika

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

★Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about a minute, then add the ground beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked.

Season the beef with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Pour in the beef broth, tomato sauce, and macaroni. Stir everything together, cover, and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.

Reduce the heat to low, add the milk and shredded cheddar cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.

Serve hot and garnish with extra cheese or a sprinkle of parsley if desired.

  • Tip: You can add vegetables like mushrooms, peas, or diced carrots for extra flavor and nutrition!
