Orange Cream Cheesecake with Jelly Topping

Orange Cream Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 200g digestive biscuits (crushed)
  • 100g melted butter

For the orange cream layer:

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 packet orange-flavored gelatin (prepared as per package instructions)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the milk cream layer:

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin (prepared with 100ml hot water)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the orange jelly topping:

  • 1 packet orange-flavored gelatin (prepared as per package instructions)

For decoration:

  • Whipped cream
  • Orange slices

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the crust:
    • Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter.
    • Press into the base of a springform pan.
    • Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  2. Orange cream layer:
    • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
    • Add the prepared orange gelatin and mix well.
    • Pour over the crust and refrigerate until set.
  3. Milk cream layer:
    • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • Whip the cream separately until stiff.
    • Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
    • Add the dissolved unflavored gelatin and mix well.
    • Pour gently over the orange layer and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Orange jelly topping:
    • Prepare the orange-flavored gelatin as per instructions.
    • Let it cool slightly, then pour it over the milk cream layer.
    • Refrigerate until fully set.
  5. Decorate:
    • Top with whipped cream and orange slices.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
