Baked Potato with Butter and Cheese
Ingredients:
1 large russet potato
1 tablespoon butter
1 slice of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Aluminum foil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Wash and dry the potato, then poke it a few times with a fork.
Wrap the potato in aluminum foil and place it on a baking tray.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the potato is tender when pierced with a fork.
Remove from the oven, carefully open the foil, and cut a slit in the potato.
Place a slice of cheese on top, allowing it to melt from the heat.
Add a cube of butter and season with salt and black pepper.
Serve hot and enjoy!
