★Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into halves or slices. Place them in a serving bowl or plate.
- Drizzle the tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the tomatoes.
- Add the freshly chopped parsley or basil.
- Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Optional: Add a splash of balsamic vinegar for a slightly tangy flavor.
