Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

For the filling:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Press into the greased baking dish and bake for about 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
